Are my files uploaded? No. Everything is processed on your device.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

How do I restore purchases? Use “Restore Purchases” in the App while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Refunds? Purchases are handled by Apple; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
